چکیده
Abstract Three-dimensional (3D) extrusion printing of cellular/acellular structures with biocompatible materials has been widely investigated in recent years. However, the requirement a suitable solidification rate printable ink constrains utilization extrusion-based 3D techniques. In this study, nanoclay yield-stress suspension-enabled system and demonstrated to overcome constraints during printing. Utilizing liquid–solid transition property suspension, two fabrication approaches, including support bath-enabled nanoclay-enabled direct printing, have proposed. For former approach, (Laponite® EP) used as bath material fabricate alginate-based tympanic membrane patches. The constituents desired mechanical patches facilitate process. latter XLG) an internal scaffold help print poly (ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA)-based neural chambers, which can be further cross-linked air. Mechanical stress analysis performed explore geometric limitation Laponite® XLG-PEGDA chambers.

Granular gel support-enabled extrusion of three-dimensional alginate and cellular structures.
Freeform fabrication of soft structures has been of great interest in recent years. In particular, it is viewed as a critical step toward the grand vision of organ printing--the on-demand design and fabrication of three-dimensional (3D) human organ constructs for implantation and regenerative medicine. The objective of this study is to develop a novel granular gel support material-enabled, two-...
متن کاملThree-dimensional bioprinting is not only about cell-laden structures
In this review, we focused on a few obstacles that hinder three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting process in tissue engineering. One of the obstacles is the bioinks used to deliver cells. Hydrogels are the most widely used bioink materials; however, they aremechanically weak in nature and cannot meet the requirements for supporting structures, especially when the tissues, such as cartilage, require ...
متن کاملThree-dimensional bioprinting of thick vascularized tissues.
The advancement of tissue and, ultimately, organ engineering requires the ability to pattern human tissues composed of cells, extracellular matrix, and vasculature with controlled microenvironments that can be sustained over prolonged time periods. To date, bioprinting methods have yielded thin tissues that only survive for short durations. To improve their physiological relevance, we report a ...
متن کاملThree-dimensional display of intracranial soft-tissue structures.
Efficient three-dimensional surface reconstructions of intracranial bony, soft-tissue, and cerebrospinal fluid-filled structures have been created from serial narrowly collimated transaxial computed tomographic (CT) scans. These three-dimensional surface images are useful in visualizing the relations among intracranial details. Views may be produced in frontal, rear, 45 degrees oblique (anterio...
